Onnec Ranked 33 in UK’s Top 100 Most Inclusive Workplaces
We’re proud to announce that for the second year running, the National Centre for Diversity (NCFD) has identified Onnec as one of the top companies for inclusive practices. The award recognises the contribution and commitment made by organisations who have gone above and beyond to develop their policies and practices to promote fairness, respect, equality, diversity, inclusion and engagement (FREDIE) in the workplace. Our new position has seen Onnec rise 23 places since last year, to come 33rd out of 100 UK companies. We are really proud of this achievement and looking to keep this momentum going.
Solat Chaudhry, Chief Executive at the NCFD, said: “I send my warmest congratulations to Onnec on successfully reaching number 33 in the Top 100 Most Inclusive Workplaces Index 2023. It’s been a challenging year and yet, it has not dented the excellent work that organisations and individuals do in promoting FREDIE best practice. I am particularly proud that we celebrate excellent work across all sectors as these organisations are the future of the workplace in the UK. We celebrate the exceptional work of people and organisations who have EDI running through their DNA. Let’s rejoice at this and build a better society.”
Onnec has ambitious goals to be an industry leader in Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI)
Being featured as one of the Top 100 Inclusive Workplaces for a second year running is testament to our continued work and focus to become a truly inclusive business where all our colleagues can bring their true selves to work. The success of our EDI initiatives are only possible with the ongoing support from our colleagues for embracing EDI, and embedding it into their everyday working lives. Being ranked 33 this year tells us we are going in the right direction but we will continually strive to be so much more.
