Onnec achieves Investors in Diversity Silver UK Award

The team at Onnec is proud to announce that we have reached another milestone in the company’s commitment to diversity and inclusion, with the achievement of the Investors in Diversity Silver UK award.

Investors in Diversity is a nationally recognised quality mark representing an organisation’s internal commitment to building an inclusive culture. We began our journey on this programme by being awarded the Foundational Award (UK) in 2021. Moving up to the Silver ranking reflects the progress we have made over the past three years and the critical steps we have taken across the Onnec Group in building a more inclusive workplace.

Over the last few years, with the support from working closely with both the National Centre for Diversity and the Irish Centre for Diversity, we have achieved a number of awards in recognition of our commitment to EDI. In both the UK and Ireland, we hold the Investors in Diversity Silver Awards, as well as being listed at No.33 in the Top 100 Inclusive Workplaces UK List. These awards affirm that our organisation has been benchmarked against other bodies and continues to develop and foster a shared sense of Fairness and Belonging among colleagues.
